Gingerbread Waffles

4 eggs—Beat 2 min until light and fluffy.
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup molasses
1 cup buttermilk

--Mix until smooth

Sift together the following:

3 cups flour
2 tsp ground ginger
1 ¼ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ground cloves
¾ tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder

Mix until smooth—stir in:

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

Con cover and refrigerate overnight or cook immediately. Cook 2-4 minutes until golden brown. Serve with fruit and whipped cream.
